The most powerful Mazda ever designed comes packed with exclusive vehicle features like remote climate controls for defrosters and mirror heating, new Geofence, Driver Alert and Parental Control. Geofence allows you to keep a close eye on your vehicle by setting a predefined area that when the vehicle exits, you are updated via the MyMazda App. Similar with driving speeds and times, Driver Alert and Parental Control update you when the CX-90 is driving above a certain speed or past a certain time.

Make the most of Mazda Connected Services by registering your account on the MyMazda app. Please note that while you can connect multiple devices, only one device can be used at a time. For security purposes, when you log in on a new device, the app will automatically log out all other connected devices.

Once received via SMS, your validation code will only be valid for 10 minutes. If the code expires you will need to start the registration process again.
To enrol for Connected Services Remote features, you’ll need to sit in your vehicle, open the app, click Add vehicle, then scan and validate your car’s VIN. Keep reading for more detailed instructions:
At the Select vehicle screen, tap Add Vehicle and follow the onscreen instructions to add your vehicle.
At the My Vehicles screen, tap Enrol to enrol in Connected Services.
At the Connected Services Enrolment screen, tap Start.
Switch the ignition ON in your Mazda vehicle. Then, tap Next.
Tap Request to receive an authorization code on your vehicle’s Mazda Connect centre display.
Enter the authorization code into the MyMazda app on your mobile device and tap Submit.
After enrolment is complete and your vehicle is connected, you’ll receive a push notification.
You can also enrol in Connected Services via the My Vehicles screen on the MyMazda app. Here’s how to get started:
Tap the hamburger menu in the upper right-hand corner of the MyMazda app screen.
Tap My Vehicles.
Tap Enrol for the vehicle you’d like to enrol in Connected Services.
Follow the instructions on screen.

What to do if a vehicle malfunction is detected:
NOTE: You will need to download and install the Mazda Canada Roadside app before using this function. Search: “Mazda Canada Roadside” in your app store.
In the event of a moderate or serious collision, your Mazda can automatically take appropriate measures, such as calling emergency services. In the event this occurs, an Emergency Assistance Call notification will appear on the Mazda Connect screen.
NOTE: Automatic 911 dialling is available without a subscription to Connected Services.
MAZDA TIP:
The Emergency Assistance Call setting must be enabled in the Mazda Connect Settings menu for it to function as expected in an emergency. Refer to the Mazda Connect Owner’s Manual for more information.

Yes, Connected Services features are available on manual transmission vehicles. However, the remote engine start/stop feature is not available for manual transmission vehicles.

2-year plan – $425 + applicable taxes
3-year plan – $525 + applicable taxes
Note: Prepaid subscription plans can be added to your finance or lease plans only on the day of sale of vehicle. Please be advised that you will be charged interest based on your chosen financial plan from the first day your lease or finance plan commences.
If you cancel the prepaid CV subscription plan within the 2-year trial period, you are eligible to get a full refund of the amount paid minus any interest accumulated.

No cancellation fee will be charged if the customer cancels their subscription within the 2-year free trial. A cancellation fee of $35 will be charged if the service is cancelled any time after the 2-year free trial.
