  • What steps is Mazda Canada taking to ensure their employees’ safety during this time?
    • At Mazda Canada, safety remains our top priority, and we continue to operate under the guidance of provincial and federal government and public health officials. Our corporate workplaces are currently closed, with employees working from home. Our dealerships have also put additional precautionary measures in place to ensure the safety and comfort of their customers and employees.

  • Is Mazda making any changes to their existing offers?
    • No, we currently have no plans to change our current in-market offers. However, we have created additional payment offers and options for new and existing customers. Please visit our offers page to view our current competitive finance and lease rates. In addition, we’re offering new customers no monthly finance payments for 120 days plus our Unlimited Mileage warranty.

  • What measures is Mazda taking to help ensure their dealerships are safe for employees and customers?
    • At Mazda Canada, our team is committed to serving you safely and reliably and our dealerships have implemented new safety measures. While practices vary by dealership, they typically include, but are not limited to, access to sanitizing products, enhanced social distancing measures, and frequent cleaning of high-traffic areas and vehicles.

      Some dealerships are also offering at-home test drives, as well as vehicle pickup and delivery for service appointments.

    • Advertising not applicable in Quebec. No monthly finance payments for 120 Days (payment deferral) available to eligible retail customers who finance a Mazda model (on approved credit through Scotiabank) from an authorized Mazda dealer in Canada.
