The impact and challenges of these unsettling times are being felt by us all. But as the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic continues to grow and evolve, so do our response measures. Mazda Canada is committed to providing our customers with flexible solutions to help us navigate this uncertain terrain together.

Here’s how we’re offering our support: 

Dealership Stores

While some dealerships have closed due to mandated, recommended or voluntary closures, many remain available to provide the essential service of keeping our customers’ vehicles safe and operational. As these dealerships are operating with reduced hours and service levels, we strongly encourage you to call, email or text your local dealership before visiting.

Financial Support

Mazda Canada has launched several initiatives to help you, existing qualified customers, and potential new customers through this challenging period.

We have been working with our trusted financial partners to offer existing qualified customers a lease extension program, loan payment deferrals, and lease payment deferrals. If you have questions or concerns about your finance payments, please contact Scotiabank at 1-800-4SCOTIA or request an auto loan payment deferral online. For questions regarding your Mazda lease, please contact Mazda Financial Services at 1-888-703-8857 or for assistance.

For anyone ready to purchase in all provinces and territories other than Quebec, we’re offering no monthly finance payments for 120 days* plus our unlimited mileage warranty with every new Mazda.

For those ready to purchase in Quebec only, we’re offering credit deferral options^ plus our unlimited mileage warranty with every new Mazda.

However long and uncertain the road ahead may be, we will take it on together. But for now, we will let the roads sleep. Because when they wake, we’ll have a lot of catching up to do.
