Mazda Service FAQ

Do I have to service my Mazda at the dealership where I purchased it?

Building a relationship with your Mazda dealership provides many benefits for you, the customer. The dealership personnel become familiar with you and your vehicle needs; the service department get to know your vehicle and be better prepared to make recommendations regarding vehicle servicing that will keep your Mazda operating at optimum performance; and when you are considering trading in your current vehicle, awareness of the vehicle history will help the dealership provide you with the best resale or trade-in value. However, you may service your vehicle at any Mazda dealership. Also, make sure to have your maintenance booklet validated by a service personnel employee each time a scheduled maintenance is performed.

I am moving to the United States/coming to Canada. I need to have a recall clearance letter. How can I obtain this?

Why doesn't the dealer provide a courtesy vehicle when my vehicle is down?

Mazda New Vehicle Limited Warranty does not provide for a courtesy vehicle. Customers who purchased Mazda Added Protection extended warranty receive the benefit of a rental vehicle while the vehicle is in for a warrantable repair. See the Mazda Added Protection section for details of the program and rental coverage limitations.
